This Intellectual Property Policy (the “IPP”) outlines the responsibilities and rights of registered and non-registered Users (each a “User,” and collectively, the “Users,” as defined in Section A below) of KA$H’s applications, software, products, and services (collectively, the “Service”) with regard to the intellectual property of third-party rights holders, Users, and KA$H. This document is an important contract between KA$H and our Users. We've also included short non-binding summaries with each clause.
For clarity, “intellectual property” refers to copyrights, patents, patent disclosures and inventions (whether patentable or not), trademarks, service marks, trade secrets, know-how and other confidential information, trade dress, trade names, logos, corporate names, and all other such rights.
A. Definitions

Terms not defined here shall have the meaning provided in the KA$H Terms of Service.
B. General
When You use Our Services and Content, You agree to:
This Agreement supersedes all prior oral or written understandings between You and KA$H.
C. When Does This IPP Apply?

If You don’t agree with any part of this policy, discontinue using the Service and delete Your account.
D. Can This IPP Be Modified?

KA$H may revise this IPP. If we consider any revision material, we'll notify You. Continued use of the Service after any changes means You accept the revised IPP.
E. What Are You Agreeing to Under This IPP?
By uploading Content on KA$H, You warrant that:
Do not upload any Content unless You are confident You own or are authorized to use it.
F. How Does KA$H Handle Infringing Content?
KA$H reserves the right to remove any Content that may infringe third-party intellectual property rights and may suspend offending accounts.
We retain discretion to reject any Products that appear to violate these terms.
G. How Can You Report Infringement?

We support IP owners and offer a brand registry option for proactive protection. Submitting a Brand Registry Request allows us to better detect and prevent infringing uploads.
G1. Reporting Copyright Infringement
To submit a DMCA Notice, email us at info@findkash.com with all required information. We will review and take appropriate action, including notifying the User.
G2. Reporting Trademark Infringement
Trademark holders may submit a Trademark Violation Report to info@findkash.com. We will investigate and may remove or suspend the associated Content or account.
H. What Can You Do If Content Uploaded by You Was Removed?
If your Content was removed and you believe it was an error:
H1. Response to a DMCA Notice
Submit a counter-notice to info@findkash.com with:
H2. Response to Trademark Notice
You may contest a trademark complaint by emailing info@findkash.com. Include your justification and reference number.
H3. If KA$H Removed Your Content
If your Content was removed by KA$H for reasons other than a formal complaint, You may appeal by submitting supporting documentation through www.findkash.com or by contacting info@findkash.com.
